For the State of New Jersey, Ms. Rappaport created and dministered needs analysis for new telecom systems requiring evaluation of telecom usage, maintenance costs, and price/performance projections. She created RFP’s, bid documents, evaluated bid responses, reviewed and administered vendor contracts. She maintained databases and spreadsheets, used PowerPoint to present findings to senior management and was responsible for-correspondence between state departmental contacts, suppliers, and intraoffice management.

Additionally, Ms. Rappaport worked as a lead sales representative for the sale of new telecommunications systems to local, county, and state government entities. During her first year as lead sales representative, the unit sold $1 million of equipment and services to government organizations. She also served as major account manager to government and Fortune 500 Companies.
